Claims Manager for very large and complex claim. Successful negotiated recovery of substantial cost overruns on this Target Cost project. Claims Manager of skilled team of Claims Consultants who prepared complex time-based analysis for extensive extension of time entitlement and complex argumentation on disallowed costs.

Shell E&P Ireland Limited (SEPIL), EMMS Projects at Corrib, Ireland.

Set up and execute Master Agreements and associated procurement, contract management and administration systems with resident contractors, contract management including post contract administration of variations and contract addendums, contractors’ claims, etc. Back to back alliance agreements with Contractors. Innovative mixed multi-contractor management team. Comprehensive unit pricing database and administration system. 

2011 – 2012

ITER, Machine Assembly & Plant Installation (MAI), Nuclear Fusion Project, (MAI

Contract Strategy Report), Marseilles, France.

Very large multi-billion-dollar state of the art project. Currently being built substantially in accordance with the MAI Contract Strategy as prepared.
